Gene Brack at Atom Gallery, Davenport

Stacey and I waited until the last day of the exhibit to see Gene Brack’s oil paintings at the Atom Gallery. Luckily for us, Gene was in the gallery and took the time to tell us about his work.

He came to painting later in life. After a short trial with watercolors, he switched to oils and works with that medium exclusively. He does work in abstract landscapes as well as geometrics. These works were done mostly in blues and browns.
